Coral Coast

For the Coral Coast think whale sharks, turquoise waters, wildflower carpets, pristine islands and striking outback landscapes. Stretching along 1,100 kilometres of breathtaking coastline from Cervantes, two hours north of Perth, Western Australia, to the World Heritage-listed Ningaloo Reef in the North, the Coral Coast is one of the most spectacular regions in Australia. Wildlife abounds as does stunning white sand beaches and ancient rock formations in a landscape rich with thousands of years of history and stories.

Home to beautiful Broome know for its pearling heritage, cultural diversity and delicious food it is a relaxed and idyllic place. Monkey Mia with regular wild dolphin visits and spectacular twin falls of King George Falls are all features of the Coast. It’s also on the Coral Coast you will also find World Heritage-listed Ningaloo Reef where you can dive with whale sharks, the bizarre Pinnacles in Lancelin and the turquoise water and pristine islands of Shark and Turquoise Bays.

The Coral Coast also has a vibrant Aboriginal heritage and culture and is still home to many communities, offering a variety of cultural experiences.
